I am here with great news and sad news. The latest book in Audrey Carlan's Lotus House Series has been released!! Isn't that GREAT!? In this novel, the seventh in the series, we get to watch Luna and Grant find their happily ever after. Yes, a definitely HEA ending! So why sad news? This book completes the series. Yes, it is the last one.

If you have been reading these novels along with me, then I am sure you are feeling the sadness. The great news, is that in this book, not only do we get to follow Luna and Grant, on their journey to their happy ending, but we get updates on all the couples we already love. As with all the books, you can definitely read it as a standalone, but I HIGHLY recommend reading the entire series, and starting at the beginning.

Audrey is such a wonderful writer. She has the most amazing talent for weaving perfect stories, covering all the details, and creating seemingly real characters and believable lives for them. This latest release will make you laugh, cry, cheer, feel angry, and probably leave you feeling a bit hot at times. There is plenty of steam in this story, but you can easily skim over it, and still really enjoy the plot.

Luna and Grant's journey made me cry. Some from the beauty of it, and some from sadness. It left me feeling happy. Content. As much as I'd love this series to go on forever, this was the perfect ending. The title suits it. I loved the glimpses into all the previous couples' lives. It made the ending of the series bearable.

So, please, make certain you read this series. I highly recommend everything Audrey has written. Happy reading!!

Intimate Intuition #BookReview

The latest addition to Audrey Carlan's Lotus House Series, is now available for you to read!! This one is book six, and we follow Dara and Silas' journey to their happily ever after. As with all of Audrey's books within a series, we get updates on the couples we previously have followed, and fallen in love with. 

Audrey is a very talented writer, and I genuinely love her ability to really build characters, and an entire world around them. I especially love this Lotus House Series, because I have adored every single character involved. I also think I love it a bit extra, because it takes place locally for me.

Now, as I have said for the previous books in this series, this book will leave you wanting to visit your local yoga studio, even if you have never been interested before. This book is a beautifully woven piece of the Lotus House Series, but you could definitely read it, and still enjoy it, without reading the rest. However, I am certain once you read it, you will want to read the others, so I suggest just getting the entire series.

Dara and Silas' romance has an intense beginning. At the end of the last book in the series, we saw them meeting for the first time. Let's just say there were immediate fireworks between them. There were some assumptions made, and some pretty big happenings, which led to some confusion, and a bit of a rocky start for them. Plus, they each have some personal things to work through.

The journey they go on together, is beautiful, and intense at times. I think you will love going on this journey with them, and the ending is definitely worth all the bumps along the way. Especially Dara's bump. 

So, I highly recommend you read this book, and the entire series. Actually, I would go as far as saying you will probably enjoy every book Audrey writes. She truly is a wonderful writer.

Silent Sins by Audrey Carlan #BookReview

So, for my latest book review, I am telling you about Audrey Carlan's latest release in the Lotus House Series. Silent Sins is book five in the series, but can easily be read as a standalone story. However, I highly recommend that you read them all. Then once you have finished these books, you should read all her other books. Audrey is an excellent writer. If you pay attention to New York Time's Bestselling books, you have certainly heard of her before. There is a reason she is a best selling author, and that reason is that she writes amazing books.

Now, I want to start off with a warning... This book is deep, emotional, well written, beautiful, and contains some sensitive topics. If you have issues with reading about self-harm/cutting, this book may be a bit much for you. Though, Audrey does such a wonderful job handling it, that I suggest you try to read it. She handles the subject well.

In Silent Sins, we follow the journey of Nicholas and Honor, as they find their happily ever after. It is a beautiful journey, full of ups and downs, hurt, healing, love, passion, self discovery, pain, joy. It is an exquisite story. You will fall in love with both of the characters. You will find yourself cheering them on, and hurting with them. 

This book is extremely steamy. If that is not your thing, I honestly still recommend you still read it. There is plenty to this story, that is outside of the steamy parts, and you could easily skip over those parts, if you want to. Though, I must say that Audrey is such a wonderful writer, and paints such amazing pictures with her writing, that you may find that you do not want to skip those parts, even if you are not usually a fan of super steamy scenes in books.

This is a book that I feel anyone can enjoy. If you love happy endings, you will love this book. If you love books that really dig into characters journeys to their happy ending, you will love this book. If you love stories about characters you can genuinely relate to, you will love this book. If you love characters who start out broken, and watching them become whole again, you will absolutely love this book. If you love books that keep you turning the pages, wanting more and more, than you will love this book. If you love books with an actual plot, that is glued together by amazing character development, and steamy passion, than you will LOVE this book.

Another thing that may happen, is you may find yourself wanting to run to your local yoga studio and take classes. I had never been too interested in yoga, but with book one of this series, Audrey had me curious about it. Now, four books later, I am even more curious, and I am almost feeling brave enough to find a local studio. Audrey just has a way of writing about yoga, that makes you want to experience it for yourself.

So, do yourself a favor, and read this book. Read every book in this series. Read every book that Audrey writes. She is hands down one of my favorite writers. She is truly talented, and I am so grateful she chooses to share that talent with us.
